"I had some knowledge of neurofeedback...but felt a bit overwhelmed about the knowledge and skills required to be a competent Neurofeedback practitioner. Sajeela and Erik Ramsey eliminated this concern almost immediately. They met all the requirements of BCIA but accomplished it in a supportive, relaxing, educational, experiential and stress free environment. They guided me every step of the way and as a result I am confident and secure in my skills as well as my knowledge, as a Neurofeedback provider."
- M. F., LCSW, Winchester, VA
"Your mentoring has been invaluable in helping me to gain the confidence to begin a neurofeedback practice. It is a bridge between the training course and practicing on my own."
- J. H., PhD, Clinical Psychologist, Ashland, OR
"The Didactic Neurofeedback training is a comprehensive, well laid out overview of the history, theory and practice of Neurofeedback, including its latest advances and applications. The course was taught in a highly professional manner by the Ramseys. The personal attention given to me in my individual mentoring following the five day intensive course was invaluable in giving me full confidence in using the technology with clients, as well as in preparing for national certification."

Examples of professionals that are qualified include psychiatrists and other MDs, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation counselors, speech pathologists, psychologists or mental health counselors and other licensed medical professionals. The following fields require a Masters degree: music therapy and counseling education (M.Ed. in counseling). Appropriately credentialed doctors of medicine and dentistry are also accepted. Students with advanced coursework in any of these areas may also qualify.
We do consider all individuals who have related experience on a case by case basis for admission to our program. All unlicensed applicants will need to complete graduate level course work in the following areas: Patient-Therapist Interactions, Patient Assessment, Coordination With Other Health Care Providers, Personality Theory and Introduction to Clinical Psychology. We also consider admission to the program by individuals who are employed full time by a licensed medical, mental health, education or related professional organization.
As part of your program you will need to complete ten (10) personal Neurofeedback sessions on yourself as part of your Internship, as this is also a requirement, and is incorporated into your internship.
